I went to LEBC hoping to understand why I felt this heaviness within me and had become so self doubting. Coming to boot camp was a truly life changing experience. I was able to rid myself of the heaviness and discover the reasons behind it. I came home with a renewed desire to find myself again. To remove the layers of self doubt and be free to be me again.
