I was told by a friend this would be in the top 10 of my life experiences. It certainly was! The bottom line is if anything from your past is still affecting you, it’s not in your past. Bootcamp opened up and began the healing in areas I thought could never be healed in my lifetime. Whatever it takes to come to camp if you need it you should camp.
