I know walking in to the bootcamp I felt so heavy like I was carrying the weight of the world on my shoulders. I had trouble sleeping, thinking, even enjoying my family! Now I literally feel as though I left all those insecurities, negative self talk, hatred, bitterness, anger in that room. I gave it 100% and feel my life today is a reflection of that! I’m truly blessed for the friends (that are now family) that I shared that weekend with we all hold each other accountable!
