I was skeptical about the boot camp, but that left after the introduction. After four days I left feeling more confident, with self worth and really loving myself for the first time. I shared somethings that I wasn’t aware of or hadn’t admitted until that moment in my team session. The boot camp has been an eye opener for me. I highly recommend it.
